What you’ll do
- Create brand and marketing visuals: logos, brand elements, social posts, banners, ads, one‑pagers, pitch decks.
- Design print materials: brochures, posters, event backdrops, standees, packaging mockups, basic reports.
- Maintain brand consistency across channels and projects.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and content teams to meet timelines and quality standards.
Must‑have
- 1+ years of experience in graphic design, with a focus on editorial and publication design
- A portfolio that shows clean visual design, branding, and print or layout work.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
- Solid fundamentals in layout, typography, color, and visual hierarchy.
- Organized and detailed‑oriented; able to handle multiple small tasks and deadlines.
- Good English communication skills
Nice‑to‑have
- Familiarity with print production requirements: CMYK vs. RGB, bleeds/margins, resolution, dielines, spot colors/Pantone, overprint, paper stock & finishes.
- Experience coordinating with local printers/vendors: getting quotes, checking proofs, press checks, and delivery timelines.
- Event branding/signage experience.
- Basic Figma for collaborating on web/product assets.
- Simple motion/video editing.
- Comfort with biotech/science content.

Interview Process
Shortlisted candidates will be required to present their portfolio and walk through 1–2 editorial or brand design projects, discussing their design thinking, process, and outcomes.
