Key Responsibilities
- Process invoices and purchase orders (PO) in the Express Accounting system.
- Coordinate with building management for office-related requests, maintenance, and employee access.
- Manage employee access to systems such as Booking, Printer, Email, and Carpark for new hires and exits.
- Handle internal announcements such as employee welcomes, important company updates.
- Order office supplies (e.g., snacks, stationery) as needed.
- Support employee engagement, training sessions, and company activities.
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any related field (fresh graduates are welcome).
- Good Korean communication skills (both written and spoken).
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Basic computer skills, especially in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
- Positive and proactive attitude with a willingness to learn.
