How Product Designers Work

  • As the sole designer for a product, you will design and make decisions for every screen the customer encounters.
  • There’s no need for separate approval — as a Product Designer, you take full ownership and responsibility for the user experience.
  • Each squad consists of about 6–8 members. Because decisions are made independently, the environment feels like working in a small startup.
  • The main focus is solving users’ problems. You’ll handle all the necessary research, writing, and graphics with the help of the best experts in each field.
  • You will continuously improve by paying attention to users’ frustrations, collecting accurate data, and striving to deliver the best possible experience. At the same time, you’ll think together with the team about how the product and business can grow further.

We’re Looking for Someone Who

  • Can create highly refined, visually complete app or web UIs while maintaining usability.
  • Can propose and communicate designs that carry a strong sense of aesthetic satisfaction.
  • Can observe, verify, and think deeply about users’ thoughts and behaviors.
  • Has experience designing and launching solutions to the market based on such insights.
  • Can collaborate logically and persuasively with others to build exceptional customer experiences.
  • Can evaluate and improve their own designs through results and feedback.

  • Whether your process of defining and solving problems is logical and user-centered
  • Whether you can think through the best solutions for users while meeting project goals

Organoid Sciences collects the following types of personal information from you:

Photograph;
Government-issued identification information, work permit and/or driver’s license information (including a copy of the relevant document);
Nationality, resident status, and/or place of residence;
Contact details (including email address, phone numbers, residential address);
Resume and/or curriculum vitae (including information on education history, professional qualifications and/or other certifications, employment background, language and other relevant skills); and
Salary.
Except as described in this Notice or as permitted or required by law, Organoid Sciences does not collect personal information that may be considered sensitive under applicable data protection law.

How we use the personal information we collect from you
The personal information that Organoid Sciences collects from you helps Organoid Sciences to:

select and evaluate candidates for recruitment purposes;
conduct reference and/or background checks on you;
contact you about your application;
administer salary if you are recruited;
perform data analyses in connection with the purposes above;
where applicable, comply with legal or regulatory requirements of the jurisdiction in which the job vacancy is located.
Access to, use of and other handling of your personal information by Organoid Sciences will be limited to individuals who have a need to know the information, and only for the purposes described in this Notice.

Period of retention and use of personal information
The Company uses administrative, technical and physical safeguards designed to protect the personal information provided by users from accidental, illegal, unauthorized destruction, loss, alteration, access, disclosure or use.

The company will retain users’ personal information only for the period necessary to fulfill the purposes and retention obligations specified in this notice. The company may retain and use personal information for up to 5 years from the date of initial collection of personal information for the purposes specified in the purpose of personal information use.

Consent to consignment of handling of personal information
In order to proceed with the recruitment process, the user entrusts the handling of personal information to a third party as follows with the user’s consent.

However, if there is no explicit basis, excessive or other unreasonably repeated requests to exercise the rights, the company may charge the user a reasonable fee or refuse to take action on the user’s request. In the event that a user’s request is likely to negatively affect the rights and freedoms of the Company or others, interfere with the enforcement or enforcement of laws, or interfere with or infringe pending or future litigation, etc. You may restrict your rights.
