Key Responsibilities
Primary Responsibilities
1. Project Planning & Operations Oversight
- Manage overall timelines and milestones of ongoing biotech projects in Thailand
- Serve as the communication bridge between HQ and local operations
- Identify potential issues in advance and propose effective solutions
- Prepare and monitor project budgets and expenditures
2.Compliance Support
- Prepare, translate, and coordinate submission materials for regulatory approval
- Collaborate with local CROs, hospitals, and research institutions to handle required documentation
Primary Responsibilities
1. Monitoring of Local Regulations & Policies
- Track regulatory and policy updates from Thai health authorities related to biotech and healthcare
- Support the analysis of regulatory risks and assist in response strategy planning
2. Stakeholder Communication & Liaison
- Coordinate communication with external stakeholders such as government agencies, CROs, hospitals, and legal consultants
- Support meeting scheduling, documentation, and practical collaboration matters
3. Local Entity Support & Operations
- Assist with company registration, contract management, accounting, and other basic administrative tasks
- Support the establishment of internal systems and assist in audits and tax-related procedures
Qualifications
- Thai nationality or legally eligible to work in Thailand
- Fluent in English and Thai (Korean proficiency is a plus)
- Preferred: Experience in the biotech, pharmaceutical, or healthcare industry
- Required: Project management experience, including proficiency with PM tools and strong communication skills
