JOB SUMMARY
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop, plan, and execute a targeted content strategy that increases brand awareness and drives user acquisition.
- Oversee production (collaborate with internal technical team) and distribution of digital assets – including blog posts, newsletters, white papers, webinars, and case studies – that translate complex business innovations into engaging content.
- Optimize content structures, metadata, and formatting to ensure accurate representation in AI assistants and search engines.
- Leverage analytics and marketing automation platforms to measure content performance, refine strategies, and nurture leads through segmented, automated content workflows.
- Manage and grow our social media presence, ensuring consistent messaging across channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.) to support lead generation and brand engagement. Support in designing and optimizing digital campaigns with A/B testing, using tools like Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to incorporate relevant insights into content and social strategies, positioning our brand as a thought leader in the global biotech market.
- Ensure that our brand is communicated consistently across all touchpoints. This includes maintaining a uniform tone of voice, visual identity, and brand values in every piece of content and digital interaction. Collaborate with creative teams to uphold and evolve the brand guidelines.
- Work closely with product, BDs, and marketing teams to ensure that all content and digital initiatives align with business objectives, support product development, and respond to market feedback.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 3–5 years of experience in content marketing and digital communications, preferably within technology, life sciences, or similar sectors.
- Excellent writing (in English) and editing skills with an ability to translate complex ideas into clear, engaging content.
- Proficiency in SEO/GEO best practices, content management systems, and social media platforms.
- Demonstrable experience in using digital analytics and marketing automation tools to optimize content performance.
- Proactive learning and strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Fluent English for global collaboration.
