JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Maintenance and differentiation of stem cells into specialized cells / organoids
- Culture and monitor cell morphology, density, and quality to ensure sterility and genetic stability during cell culture.
- Design and optimize differentiation protocols.
- Prepare and utilize differentiation media, growth factors, and small molecules.
- Generate and maintain organoids.
- Evaluate cellular/organoid maturity and functionality.
2. Design and execution of customer-driven projects
- Collaborate with the Business Development (BD) team to understand clients’ scientific objectives.
- Advise on optimal platforms for specific research goals.
- Prepare comparative data to support client decision-making.
- Design appropriate assays, including but not limited to:
- Disease modeling
- Drug screening
- Toxicity and efficacy testing
- Conduct experiments in accordance with project timelines and quality requirements.
3. Technology transfers from research to commercial production
- Support the development of product documentation (media kits, organoid services).
- Participate in product validation activities for clients.
- Provide technical support as needed.
- Prepare SOPs, packaging protocols, and Instructions for Use (IFU).
- Collaborate with manufacturing teams to ensure batch-to-batch consistency.
- Support scale-up activities from research to commercial products.
4. Data analysis and reporting
- Analyze experimental data (qPCR, IF, functional readouts).
- Prepare scientific reports and presentation-ready figures for clients.
- Participate in data review discussions and propose next research steps.
5. Other Responsibilities
- Perform other duties as assigned by the manager.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Education: Master’s degree in Cell Biology, Developmental Biology, or related fields.
- Experience:
- Prior hands-on experience in pluripotent stem cell culture, pluripotent stem cell differentiation, 3D organoid culture, and molecular biology techniques.
- Previous research experience in disease modeling..
- Language: Fluent in English; Korean is preferred. Job application documents must be submitted in English.

Monday to Friday: 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM
Saturday: 7:30 AM – 11:30 AM
